Admission Application
If you or someone you know needs help, you may complete an application
for admissions online.
Admission Application Process:
- Complete
the Admission Application form online. (All information
disclosed in your application will be kept strictly confidential.)
- Within 24 hours, an Admissions Counselor will review
your application, contact you by telephone with any questions,
and determine the most appropriate level of care for you,
either at our facility or elsewhere. If the Admissions
Counselor recommends treatment at the Betty Ford Center,
your admission date will be set.
- The Admissions Counselor will then fax you a list of
what to bring and be available to answer any other questions
you may have prior to your arrival at the Betty Ford Center.
If you prefer, you may also contact us by telephone. Our
staff will answer all your questions about our alcohol and
drug rehabilitation programs,
the disease of addiction and its impact on the family.
We can also make referrals to interventionists and
other recovery services as needed.

Monday - Friday: 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. Pacific
Standard Time (PST)
Saturday - Sunday: 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. PST.
