Anniversary Weekend - Frequently Asked Questions
| Q: |
Where will the banquet be this year? |
| A: |
On November 8, we will return to the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort in Indian Wells, where we’ve enjoyed our anniversary celebration for several years. |
| Q: |
What do people wear to the banquet? |
| A: |
As a rule, men wear jackets and ties while women’s attire ranges from evening pantsuits to long dresses. This is not a black tie event; clothing for the banquet has been described as “dressy cocktail without the cocktails.” |
| Q: |
Can banquet guests pay at the door? |
| A: |
No - we will not be set up to receive payment at the banquet; all reservations and payment need to be arranged before the event. If you plan to sit with friends, registration and payment need to be submitted together. Seating will be for tables of ten. |
| Q: |
Can alumni bring non-alumni to the anniversary events? |
| A: |
Yes. Access to the campus is normally restricted because of patient confidentiality, but this is one occasion where people who did not attend our programs are welcome as alumni guests. |
| Q: |
Can alumni bring cameras on campus to take pictures of friends? |
| A: |
BECAUSE OF PATIENT CONFIDENTIALITY, NEITHER CAMERAS NOR CELL PHONES ARE ALLOWED ON CAMPUS. However, alumni are welcome to take pictures at the banquet since the event is not held on the grounds of the Center. |
