Department for a free confidential assessment with one of
our Counselors. Our staff will answer all your questions

Call us now at: (800) 434-7365
Admissions Process:
- When you call, you will speak with an Admissions Counselor
who will guide you through a brief, confidential telephone
assessment.
- Once the assessment is completed, the Admissions Counselor
will determine the most appropriate level of care for you,
either at our facility or elsewhere. If the Counselor recommends
treatment at the Betty Ford Center, he or she will book
a date for you to come in.
- Your Admissions Counselor will then fax you a list of
what to bring and be available to answer any other questions
you may have prior to your arrival at the Betty Ford Center.
If you are unable to contact us during our normal
business hours, you may complete an online Admission
Application. One of our Admissions Counselors will
contact you within 24 hours to continue the process.

If you are a loved one and/or a loved one doing an intervention, please complete an online Intervention Application.
